Hazards:
Injury to Leg, foot and hands when climbing over equipment to retrieve items. Loose equipment including an unsecured nitrogen tank can become projectiles in a vehicle accident. There is no cage to protect driver and passenger from being struck. Items fall onto ground when opening door.
Preventative Measure:
After completion of each job return equipment back to warehouse. Only transport equipment and supplies for individual projects. Coordinate project schedules to avoid filling up van. Organize and secure all loose
items.
