Royce Cummings has been a part of the team since late 2019. He has over 12 years of experience in the construction, mining, oil & gas and manufacturing sectors. Within VSC, he focus on leadership, training/development, and emphasis on field development as it pertains to safety. Royce is able to effectively present requirements and influence positively at all levels within organizations providing desired outcomes, effective solutions and improvements.

Specializing in Contract Prequalifications, Policy Management, and Training. He will provide additional support for the Regional Safety Managers behind the scenes.

Covering operations in Atlanta, Mobile, Birmingham, Houston, Orlando, and Tampa.

Covering operations in Baltimore, Richmond, Springfield, and Virginia Beach

Covering the Rogers, Texarkana, Austin, Dallas, Tulsa, and Oklahoma City offices

Derek Knight has been with VSC since 2019 in the Fire Extinguisher, Low voltage, and suppression departments. Derek has four years of experience. He served as the Hazardous Materials team lead and safety supervisor for the University of Arkansas for Four years, where he managed the Hazardous Materials response team and the Hazardous Materials safety plan. Derek also has experience in training and development of front-line employees, implementation, can adequately interpret and effectively communicate safety standards to all levels of the organization.

Tony Knorr has been a part of the insurance, risk and safety arena for more than 30 years. At VSC, he focuses on the details to identify the issues and to create a safety culture that focuses on eliminating those unsafe behaviors that lead to losses.

Chad joined VSC in 2021 with the goal to improve and modernize our fleet program. With years of experience in the field, he continues to make progress towards that goal.
