Excessive equipment and materials as seen here can become projectiles during an accident striking driver and passengers. These items can also fall to the floor and interfere with the driver’s feet/vehicle foot pedals!
Additional hazards are tripping over equipment when retrieving items from truck or van. Loose items can also fall out onto roadway when traveling.
Attempting to pull tools and equipment with power cords out from beneath material can damage the cords.
Do not allow equipment and material to accumulate between projects. Dispose of all debris immediately after use.
Keep small items in boxes or buckets.
