This Hydro hose used to pressure test the system has an unapproved hose clamp at the pump and sprinkler
connections. This adjustable retainer clamp is not rated for high water or pneumatic pressure. The hose must be replaced with machined fittings designed specifically for this type of hose.
Each clamp has been tightened to the point of cutting into the outer rubber coating of the hose. This can result in rupture & water damage causing injury or damage. This is a reoccurring issue found on individual project sites.
Makeshift repairs or altering of tools and equipment are not allowed and can result in injury. When damaged equipment needs repair or replacement contact your supervisor.
